Why is CNFans down?
In October 2026 CNFans put its website into maintenance. The site's own notice says it has been under persistent cyberattacks that the team has not yet fully brought under control, and that it is doing maintenance and upgrades to protect user data.
In practical terms that means the estimator, product pages, and checkout are unavailable right now, so you can't order through CNFans until it returns. There is no announced shutdown date. Rather than wait on a site that may be down for a while, most users are simply ordering through a working alternative and switching back later if they want to.
The best CNFans alternatives
All of these do the same core job CNFans did: buy from Taobao/Weidian/1688 on your behalf, warehouse and QC the item, then ship it internationally. Here's the honest shortlist:
0% service fee, strong Trustpilot rating, and the community pick for Europe. The most direct replacement for a CNFans-style zero-fee flow.
One of the biggest agents in the space. 0% service fee, reliable QC, quick processing, and a safe default while CNFans is down.
100-day free storage and the cheapest verified Royal Mail rate to the UK in 2026 comparisons. Beginner-friendly English UI.
0% service fee, 90-day storage, free HD QC, and a big Trustpilot base (4.6/5, ~2,900 reviews). A safe new default.
A clean, English-first 0%-fee agent with detailed QC within ~24h. Still young, so start with a small test order.
A rising 2026 agent with a modern UI, competitive shipping, and free HD QC. Good for CNFans users who want a fresher interface.

How to switch from CNFans (2 minutes)
Moving over is easy because your old links still point at the original marketplace item:
- Grab your old product link. Any CNFans link, or the original Taobao/1688 link, works.
- Paste it into the link converter. You instantly get a ready-to-use link for every major agent.
- Pick a new agent from the list above, create a free account, and re-order. Your QC and shipping workflow is the same.
- Check landed cost first with the cost estimator so there are no surprises.
FAQ
Is CNFans shut down for good?
No confirmed shutdown. CNFans says it is doing maintenance and upgrades after a cyberattack. Until it returns, use an alternative rather than waiting.
Which alternative is most like CNFans?
ACBuy is the closest zero-fee replacement, and Hoobuy is the biggest all-rounder by user numbers. Try the comparison and pick based on your region and budget.
Do I lose my QC photos and saved items?
Anything stored only inside CNFans is unavailable while it is down. The items themselves are just marketplace listings; re-add them to a new agent via the converter and you're back where you were.
